For any additional questions please contact the property owner. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. 吳敦義當選黨主席後，為促進黨內團結和諧，不希望中央委員選舉再因換票產生派系，於是在中央委員選舉登記文件的附件中，明列7項規定的競選公約，分別是「不以言論或其他行為損害本黨聲譽，破壞本黨團結」、「選舉期間，絕不攻訐其他參選同志」、「不成立亦不參加換票聯盟」、「維護善良選舉風氣，不請客、不送禮、不賄選或以其他不正當方式進行選舉」、「不私自舉辦黨代表聯誼餐會，亦不參加私辦之黨代表聯誼餐會」、「不以聚眾示威、抗議、暴力或其他不理性方式，影響選舉活動及投票作業」、「投票當日，絕不提供交通工具載送選舉人投票」。競選公約並且宣示，如果違反上述7項規定，願接受黨紀處分並取消參選或當選資格。
這7項規定在實際的競選活動上卻形同具文，各種大小的換票聯盟都在私下運作，其中「紀律」最嚴明的就是由多數現任立委組成的「65聯盟」，及連勝文為主的「52聯盟」，另外還有劉大貝排名第1的「40聯盟」、前中常委許顯榮排首的「30聯盟」等，換票聯盟名稱則是以成員人數命名。
